Hi Gayle- Stick with it ... it's hard at first but really good. I hit ketosis in just two days but please please do NOT be disheartened! THis is what I did. I dirnk 3 -4 litres of water a day MINIMUM! I also have a hot drink with every meal.... anything! Also, make sure you have yoour three proteins ... one with every meal... veal, chicken whatever. I will be homnest, I scarfed my veggies but some days avoid my fruit and bread subs. I treat it more like atreat or I use it is I need a boost. Especially if you haven't hit ketosis yet. Just give up your fruit and breads for a couple of days. If you're hungry add a protein. Another trick I have leraned is soup!! Soup!!! the saviour of the whole diet for me ... anyway, I am rambling ... email me at bigsister28@yahoo.com and I will tell you more. We can buddy this thing. And I have come up with some great tricks and my doc gave me some suggestions too! P.S. I hit 30pds today!! WOOHOO!! At Sat, 7 Jul 2001, Gayle wrote: >
