If you want to reduce your carbohydrates, here's what I recommend.... --> Read Protein Power by Drs. Eades (husband & wife team) ($7.50 U.S. or $9.99 CDN) --> Also buy a food count book like The Complete Book of Food Counts, Corinne T. Netzer (It's about $7.50 U.S. or $9.99 CDN). Use the book for a few weeks to look up the foods you would normally eat so you can identify what foods to stay away from, and what foods you should continue to enjoy. --> Visit this site: http://www.holdthetoast.com/. I hope you didn't have to pay that nutritionist!
