Do any of you know of a book or other resource that includes a complete listing of the glycemic indexes for different foods? I know we're supposed to cut back/eliminate "white" foods (refined sugar, processed grains, etc.), and eat carbs with the lowest glycemic index, but how do you figure out which foods are really best? Thanks in advance!
