Great, thanks for that. I am doing a lot of running & kickboxing in the gym the moment so hopefully i should see an improvement! Do you think sit-ups and stomach exercises would help? At the moment it doesnt feel like i have ANY stomach muscles down there at all!!! P.s i know what you mean about the "Pregnant question". I can get my friends rolling around in fits of the giggles with my "Im pregnant" impression, which basically involves me sticking my tummy out as far as it will go (and believe me, it goes quite far!)
