Re: Need some suggestions on just how many carbs I can have...and diet suggestionsFrom: Alexandra (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 19 Jul 2001 07:42:47 -0500 (CDT)
I was told to avoid carbs when possible (especially for evening meals), which means no pasta, potatos, etc in the evening. They are OK for you to eat at Lunchtime though (so you dont have to avoid them altogether) as you have half a day to burn off the excess calories, but its better to have a large breakfast, medium lunch and small dinner (such as sandwich or salad). I also read somewhere that Cranberry juice is good for people with PCOS. Cant remember why now, but it was something like it helps to break down fat quicker.
