Re: IS ANYONE THE RIGHT WEIGHT

I read in the newspaper recently about a girl that had PCOS. She didnt find out until she was about 17, and was so depressed before that because she was overweight, hairy and felt ugly and miserable.

She went to her doctors who referred her to a gyneacologist. The gyneacologist performed some blood tests and an internal examination, then presecribed her some hormone balancing medication. She lost 3 and a half stone (50lb) within the first year!

There was a picture of her how she used to be, and what she looks like now - what a difference! She looks so much better. She is now a healthy 9 and a half stone (133lb) for her height, her skin has cleared up and she still has a bit of hair, although not as much as she used to have.

Hope this story encourages others as much as it did me. I have nowhere near as much weight to lose as she did so if she can do it, so can i!
