Keep working out--at least you know you're strong! At 21 I weighed 125 (I'm 5'6"). By the time I found out I had PCOS at 28, I had gained 50 lbs. Now I'm just trying to stay healthy and strong by working out, etc. Would be nice to be at least down to 140 again. I'm taking it off. Slow process, but don't give up the ship!
