Hi All, I have had PCOS for a while now. I am 21 and found out i had it when i was about 15yrs old. Thing is, i have been going to the gym for 2 years now, and i currently go every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. I have a reasonably healthy diet (lots of fruit & veg and white meat). I have only lost half a stone since i started. Does anyone have any excercise/diet tips that might help me lose weight? My problem area seems to be my lower stomach (right over my ovaries - i hear this is a common place to store excess fat when you have PCOS) PLease, pLease help me someone!
