She is very worried about the weight gaining aspect involved in treatment. She is worried about me not finding her attractive (and admittedly so do I) although I will always love her anyway. I am having trouble grasping how drastic this weight increase is so I'd like to know what I can suggest to her and how hard it would be for her to maintain her natural (and quite lovely) natural body size.
