I need to change my endocrynologyst (spelling?) as I have no faith in him...he wants to take me OFF spironolactone to improve my hair loss! I also want to see a nutritionalist to see if any aspects of my diet could be improved. I didn't realise that you cannot just get a referal from your GP, you have to look in the yellow pages, etc. Has anyone tried one/can suggest a good one? RE The diet thing. I have lost 22lbs through watching what I eat, etc. A good book is the "Body blitz" By Joanna Hall. Thorsons Directions for life 7.99 ISBN 0-7225-4043-4. No carbs after 5pm basically. But her tips really have seemed to work for me. I have been to Slimmers World also and lost just over 1st, which has never come back.
