Hi,
Read your message and I thought I would my success with metformin with
you!
I have lost 20lbs. per month on metformin!! The catch for me though was
that I have to avoid ALL starch and sugars. I don't ahve a specific
diet program for you to follow but a few people have told me to follow
Dr. Atkins, Carbohydrate Addicts Diet,etc.
Good luck to you and I hope you have as great a success as I did...am!!

The only reason they gave them to me was because they don't know what else to do! I have also been told to loseweight as this will hopefully reduce my hateful hair which i have all over.I have previously lost weight using slimming world which may be something you could try. Well good luck and if you find a diet that works alongside PCOS then please share it with us all bye bye Lorna
