I think once you start the ball rolling, it is perhaps easier to keep on track. I tell myself that I simply cannot eat certain things, as they will make me ill, rather like someome with an allergy would do. I tell myself that I must exercise and pretend to myself, that if I was a dancer/ballerina (?) etc, then I would have to keep working out else I wouldn't get paid. I convince myself that I am in a big show and that I must train every day (daft Iknow but it works for me!)

I once read a book which explained that women with PCOS are 'natural athletes' as they have higher levels of testosterone.

I am interested to know what kind of diet you will be put on and how much excercise you are required to do. Please let me know how you get on.

Does the diet have organic stuff in it? (eg, as normal milk is full of hormones to get the cow to produce more milk etc.)

Reply soon!
