I'm vegan (no meat/poultry/seafood, dairy, eggs, etc.). I generally bring veg. meats to work. Trader Joe's (a grocery store, for those of you who don't have them) carries soy pasta and soy pita bread. They're both relatively high in protein, and low in carbs. I LOVE the pasta, but I generally eat it at home. I also bring Boca burgers, which are very high in protein and quite low in carbs. I often eat them on whole wheat rolls Trader Joe's sells that have 7 g pro. and 21 g carb (I pay more attention to the ratio of protein to carbs, rather than just the grams of carbs). I also buy these box drinks called 'power dream'. My main thing is trying to get at least 1 gr of protein for every 3 g of carbs (and to minimize sugar and refined carb intake). I don't really know what everyone's definitions of 'low-carbing' are, but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't fit the definition. However, I still am very conscious of how much protein and carbs I eat, and it seems to be working for me.
