This is a question for anyone who is having success controlling pcos with a low carb. diet. My breasts have gotten smaller and I am pretty sure this started to happen a while ago. I dont have that much to give away! I am not sure if this is a result of androgens or if I may be being too restrictive on my low carb diet. I have only been on it for about 2? weeks and as I've said have had good results otherwise. My question is, does the diet eliminate body manifestations of pcos like facial hair and smaller breasts? how long does it take to show effect? I would increase carbs to try to grow some breasts but then I'm afraid this would increase the androgen production and thus breast shrinkage. help! mc
