I have this workout tape that I was doing for a while that has five ten minute workouts on it, you're supposed to do one each day. Anyway, one of those is a pilates workout. I'd always avoided it because after the first ten minute workout my abs were soooo sore, but now hearing someone say how well it works, I think I might try it again. Using the elliptical cross trainer at least 3 times a week and some weight lifting for the past six months has really toned my legs, but it hasn't done anything for that middle area. I need a little extra help with that.
