Oh my gosh Joanna, I didnt look at july messages til today. I did pilates for years and LOVED it AND the body it gave me. Two months ago I tried to join the pilates studio in my city but there was no space since it is the only one. so am taking another dance class-good but not great for mid body. I will check out the site, thanks a lot! mc
