I'm 22 was formally dxed with PCOS recently, although I've been on aldactone for about 5 years. I get the same rash-like pimples on my inner thights. I was told by my gyn that they're folliculitis (or however you spell that) -- the hair follicules get infected. I don't know if it's more common because of the PCOS or what, but that's a guess as to what you're experiencing. I don't know how to get rid of them (Neosporin works well), but if that's all it is then you don't have anything to be scared about. They are a big pain, but not flesh-eating... :o) Good luck. --J
