Im 24 and have had pco since my teens. Im 28ibs over weight and have suffered with all the affects this has on your body. I am extremely judgemental of myself and have no confidence whats so ever. This is caused from feeling like a freak for the last 10 years of dealing with this horrible illness. But two years ago i decided to try and help myself and started electrolosis. This has been hard going, but its worth it. And now i dont have to have the painful wax sessions. my upper lip hair has completely gone and has give me much more confidence. Soon I will be starting a low carbohydrate diet to try and shift some weight and improve my skin.

Hope this helps, and remember no ones perfect!

All the best and god bless! Tasha
