Thanks Jasmin. I'm pretty small around the b.button, its just the rest of my stomach & back sagging around it. I'm starting to think its residue pcos body distortion. I'm trying running more often as it gets to your upper stomach and back. I think I see a difference after only one day. Has the IR diet helped you with energy? I think I'll try to be patient with what I'm currently doing for a month and see what happens. Thanks a lot mc At Thu, 28 Jun 2001, Jasmin wrote: >
