I have a loose weight question. I have pcos and dont want to go on bcps so have been trying an insulin resistant persons diet plus chromium 50 mcg. in the morning. I am finally getting very good results on my constant tiredness and red eyes but I still have this fat stomach that I never had before. Does anyone know how long it should take to start getting a normal shape back and if the chromium could be slowing my metabolism so that its actually making me fatter? Thanks a lot
