I recently posted a similar question about the brown discharge after Provera. This seems to be pretty common. As for your doctor, if you like her and think she'd be receptive, you can try to educate her about pcos. Otherwise, It may be a good idea to look for another one, who'd be more sympathetic. Someone posted two web sites the other day on the pcos-med forum, that list doctors who specialize in treating women like us. You might want to take a look there.
