Hi Stacy,

This may sound odd, and I don't know if it would work for anyone else, but I discovered, purely by accident, that Cortisone cream (like Cortaid, usually for rashes) works best on acne for me. Right before bed, I wash the area, dry it well, and apply some of the cream, rubbing it in as best I can. I usually don't do this more than once per breakout and in a couple days, it's gone. It's really cheap, too, and you can buy it almost anywhere.

It's worth a try.
