I am confused about what to do next???

I just was told that i have PCOS. In a way i am relieved to finally know what is going on inside of me. I am 29 years old and have been irregular. They did a ultrasound and found cysts all over my ovaries. I am trying a low-carb diet and it seems to work on my energy and mood swings. My doctor put me on Provera to bring on my period. Well i just finished having my period, and after 4 days i am experiencing brown discharge? I am so confused? My doctor just told me to come see her when i want to get pregnant? I know i need to see a new doctor, but where do i begin? I am trying to read as much as i can. It is all so overwhelming. I would like to know what i should do next? Plus my regular doctor has no idea about PCOS? I would greatly appreciate any advice?
