Teresa,
I have been on the Weight Watchers plan since March and have lost 29
pounds. I have found the program to be very easy to work with and
unrestrictive as far as food choices. It's definitely worth checking
out. Self regulated diets are so hard to stick with, but this plan,
along with the weekly support meetings are just wonderful. I can't tell
you how glad I am to have found something that works for both me and my
PCOS.
Best of Luck!!
