hormone levels and dietsFrom: Virginia (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 21 Jun 2001 08:31:22 -0500 (CDT)
According to some magazine I am reading at the moment - sugar and salt - the more you eat the more you crave. If you can cut them out you stop craving them. Also that the body craves carbs when the serotin levels are low - are serotin levels connected to PCOS in any way? Apparently high progestrogen levels increase your appetite by 25%. So surely the best way to loose weight would be with some hormone levelling pill? Any ideas
