According to some magazine I am reading at the moment - sugar and salt - the more you eat the more you crave. If you can cut them out you stop craving them.

Also that the body craves carbs when the serotin levels are low - are serotin levels connected to PCOS in any way?

Apparently high progestrogen levels increase your appetite by 25%.

So surely the best way to loose weight would be with some hormone levelling pill?

Any ideas
