Yup, you can have PCOS without having "abnormal" labs. However, one thing I discovered is that some drs. have sketchy ideas of normal labs. For example, You aren't considered to have Type II diabetes unless your fasting blood suger is over 125. However, a woman of child-bearing age really needs to have one lower than 90, 100 at the outside, or ttc is much more difficult. If the doc doesn't realize that, he/she might tell you it's normal. Also, some women are in normal ranges of their hormones, but the hormones are at a different ratio...for example it you are high-normal for testosterone, but low-normal for estrogen, you might have a problem.
