I also recommend soy deli. Some have pretty high carbs, but Yves and
Smartlife are both pretty low. Yves veggie salami is SO GOOD. I eat it
on rye with ketchup and mustard, with sliced veggies and a cup of milk
for dessert at work. It is YUMMY!
