I too am on clomid and I got the ovulation predictor kit like my dr wanted but I tested positive for ovulation when I didn't. In my opinion the tests are a waste of money especially for those of us who don't seem to ovulate on our own. If you ovulate on you own they might be effective for you, but I would suggest that if you don't I would just go in for the ultra sound around the time that you would start the testing instead. I would ask your dr's of course. I really don't need to have the hope that I'm working right when I'm not, that's all the positive negative test did for me. I'd rather go in and have a look instead of using the sticks.
