I need help! I have gained so much weight because of PCOS! A grand total of 65 lbs!!! I was FINALLY diagnosed about 1 1/2 yrs. ago. I was first on Glucophage and I lost about 14 lbs but my insulin and hormone levels were not normal, so the Dr. switched me to Actos, which did help my levels tremendously! But I have gained those 14 lbs back PLUS another 15!!! I am now at 200 lbs and only 5'2". I am VERY uncomfortable. Can anyone give me ideas of how to lose this weight? I tried the low carb thing, but then my blood sugar level goes too low and I get very sick (severe headache, light-headed...) I am feeling very hopeless! We are ttc and I HATE the thought of getting pregnant with all this excess weight! PLEASE HELP! Teressa
