I should probably also add that I'm not saying don't exercise. I still do. Exercise is definitely important! I seem to do much better with low impact endurance types of exercises like walking, cycling, swimming, as opposed to running and aerobics. Weight lifting, even for a short period of time, was also probably part of what made me so much bigger and heavier. Just wanted to add that so no one thought I was saying 'don't exercise'.
