"The Schwarzbein Principal" is an excellent book, by Dr.
Schwarzbein. Talks about how to eat well so you don't
exacerbate insulin resistance problems.
Another good book is "The Carbohydrate Addict's Lifespan
Plan" by Drs. Rachel and Richard Heller.
