Hi Kelly!
I'm sorry that you are feeling yucky :( My dr told me that was
one of the side effects. But I'm hoping that it will all pay off in the
end.
Don't forget to excercise!! Do you have some kind of a plan worked out
for that? As much as I hate the thought of doing it sometimes, I feel so
much better after I do. I was in sports when I was in hight school and
I pretty much wrecked all my joints and if I don't keep them moving I
get all stiff. I too would like to lose about the same amount of weight
that you do. Maybe we can keep each other on track and get Denise to
join us. For some reason I have lost all internal motivation I need to
have someone else to help encourage to keep me going. I think it's b/c
I worked so hard at it for so long that I've lost the will to believe
that I can do it. I just keep saying I guess I'm going to be fat for
the rest of my life(that's where my husband rolls his eyes and says
digustedly "You're not fat") and I need to learn to live with it. But I
can't. After being heavy all my life and getting close to my idea
size,I know what it feels like and I want to go back there if I can.
On top of starting the glucophage, I'm also on clomid, just finished my
first cycle(didn't work) to help us get pregnant. I would prefer not to
be the weight I am right now when I get pregnant. God I hope I don't
have girls!!!! I don't want them to possibly go through what I'm!!
Well, I should try and get some work done! Anyone else reading this and
wants to join up a little support group please let me know!!!
I'll check back later!!
Have a great day!!
Melissa :)
