I am 26 years old and I am newly diagnosis w/ PCOS. I am 5 Ft 4 in tall and I weigh 208 lbs., however I have very long so I don't look short because of have such long legs. I have always been top heavy but more little at the bottom. If there is anyone who is top heavy and has been diagnosis w/ this that is round my body type could you tell me if you are having any success w/ a particular way of eating. I don't like to call it diet. This has to be a way of life for me. I would like to prolong the changes of Diabetes as long as I can. Everything that I have learned about this illness is from support groups like this one. My obgyn basically told me to take Glucophage and that was it. So I am turning to someone like myself we has been newly diagnosised and is on the path I am on to gain control and making the best of life w/ this illness. I would greatly appreciate anything you can tell me.

Thank you Sincreley,
