Firstly I think that it's great you're motivated to lose weight and I am in the same boat, so I know how you feel. I have been attending weight watchers for a month now and have only lost a very small amount of weight ie less than would be expected even though I followed the plan strictly. This was very demoralising for me. Getting to the point...I am now looking on the net for solutions and have decided that I will combine less carbs and the weight watchers program (reducing calorie intake). My advice is good luck on weight watchers - but also watch your carb intake if you find reducing calorie intake alone is not working for you.
