CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) and L-carnitine

I read this posting and went straight out to buy CLA (Conjugated
Linoleic Acid) and L-carnitine. I started taking them yesterday. Does
anyone know how long you have to take them before you see any difference
and start losing weight? Any advice would be appreciate.
