-- The best advice I can offer you is to watch the type of fats that you are eating. I also use garlic as a cholesterol reducer and it works really well for me. I am also over weight, and have recently learned that I have pcos. I eat a healthy diet and try to limit carbs. The weight watchers 123 diet works well for me. Take care and remember stress is not healthy, take a few deep breaths and focus on what you need to do to help yourself.
