The best advice I can offer you is to watch the type of fats that you are eating.
I also use garlic as a cholesterol reducer and it works really well for me.  I am also
over weight, and have recently learned that I have pcos.  I eat a healthy diet and
try to limit carbs.  The weight watchers 123 diet works well for me.  Take care
and remember stress is not healthy, take a few deep breaths and focus on what you need to do
to help yourself.
