Dear Steph, I found that I ate pretty normal (not low carb) while pregnant because your hormones seem to be ok. I also noticed decresed facial hair. I was on progesterone for the first 10 to 12 weeks to help prevent a miscarriage and noticed puffiness but it went away once I stooped using it Talk to a dietician and your OB about your pregenancy diet. Low carb does not seem healthy for a baby. I also breastfed twins for 15 months and a singleton for a year. But you can't take glucophage while nursing. I t was worth the sacrifice. I just had to do diet hard once I stopped breastfeeding b/c I put on weight while doing it. ---- Original Message ----- From: anonymous@obgyn.net To: "Multiple recipients of list PCOS-DIET" <pcos-diet@mail.medispecialty.com> Sent: Monday, May 21, 2001 6:41 AM Subject: PCOS-DIET digest 265
