Leslie, My daughter was diagnosed by a series of blood tests that her endroconlist ordered(thats not spelled right sorry) it gave him the levels of her hormones and helped him determine that she has PCOS. She was just diagnosed yesterday and I have so much to learn. I am still trying to get answers on what she can or cant eat. I guess we are all learning together. sharron rooster6@jscomm.net
