I am so happy to here there is hope. I am on the regular glucophage and have been having diarhhea constantly, no one warned me about this, I kust thought is was my irritable bowel kicking into high gear. I pray I can lose some of this tremendous weight I have put on. I am planning on starting with walking around the neighborhood for exercise but I didn't get any info. from my doctor or anyone else about a low-carb diet. I would like to start this if it wouold help. Do you have a specific plan? or did you buy a book or something?

Thanks, Christine
