Hi! My 1st time here! :) I have also been low carbing. I got to a point where I was just stuck and nothing was happening. I did some research and started taking CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) aka Tonalin along with Acetyl L-carnitine. That kick started me back into losing. Now I feel motivated! I also do a couple little mind games with myself. It may sound silly to you but whenever I am tempted to eat something really yummy but definately not allowed I ask myself "will that tase as good as skinny (or being healthy) will feel?" The answer is usually no! Also I got some Ketostix from the drug store and I use one every night. I am so phyched mentally when it turns purple because that indicates that I am still burning fat. Best of luck!
