Artificial Sweeteners and Caffiene

Hi Dana,

It is true..not all artificial sweeteners are the same. The sweetener used in diet coke actually effects the metabolism, and our neurological centers. If one drinks enough of it, it can certainly be toxic to our bodies, and our weight loss program. Caffeine is also detrimental to anyone struggling with IR. If I crave coffee, I now use only decaf, and even this I limit, as there is still a little caffeine in it. :(
