hi Dana,

I used to live in NZ (Feilding & later Auckland). I now live in Australia (Brisbane). Glad you're onto it... most yanks think I'm a fruit!!!

I considered going to a naturopath and will do so shortly. I have the funny feeling that my failing is with carbs. I just don't feel that I've eaten though unless I've had some!!! I'm not a greenie, but am very big into natural therapies. If it's natural it has to be better than throwing back a chemical. History has proven that for me with all the problems I have now following all the meds many years ago.. grrr. Thank you for your reply. I appreciate it.
