Hi guys,

just thought I'd share some info that I was told by a naturopath. There is a substance in artificial sweetners and caffiene that attaches itself to our fat cells, which then causes any fat loss to be a lot slower.

Anyone else been told a similar theory??

There went my comfort food of diet coke and sugar free chocolate mousse!!!!

Bye Dana :-)
