Linigh, There are alot of different approaches to low-carb diets. Carbohydrates are an important part of every diet, but it is true that they are not all equal. I have included a link to a glycemic index, which will give you one way to look at carbs. I think this approach can allow you to have a healthy nutricious diet with a lot af variety.
