I have PCOS and have made an appointment with a reproductive endocrinologist, but I don't really understand what will happen when I go. Is the endocrinologist the best way to go? Do they just give you drugs or do they give advice on what to eat and how to exercise. I'm nervous to go. I guess I'm most nervous about what they will do to me. Can any of you put my mind at ease and let me know what will happen?
