Weight Loss

I was diagnosed with PCOS just last week, although I've thought I've had it for almost a year. Anyway, I need to lose about 40 pounds and like all of you have tried everything! I am not taking glucophage, my doctor won't prescribe it to me yet. I eat fairly healthy and exercise. I am considering starting weight watchers and was wondering if anyone has had success. Obviously, we all know it is harder for us PCOSers to lose the weight, but did you succeed at all with WW? Does anyone have any other ideas? I have looked into Sugar Busters, but I think it is hard to follow a diet from just a book. I would appreciate all input! Thanks- Jen
