-- Hi I am only new I am 25yrs and have been told have pcos I have high insulin and carn't loose the weight and I am looking for a diet I am considering taking Metformin I have had 2 boys 4&2 who were born 11lbs & 10lbs 3 ozs. could you please help with some suggestions.
