Re: something sweet

I just found Splenda in the grocery store. Does anyone know of a good way to combine it with cocoa...I just started a "diabetic" diet (which I'm combining with a few aspects of Sugarbusters), and all is well...except I keep having a raving desire for ice cream sundaes and chocolate cake. Also, does anyone know if this craving will stop if I am vigilant and ignore it? Someone told me the first couple of weeks can be the hardest. Finally, how long can a low-carb/low-glycemic index diet take to show drops in blood sugar and weight?
