Melissa congrats on losing the 9 pounds. I know what you mean if they would say eat this for breakfast and this for lunch and this for dinner I would be a very happy camper. I am a visual person and need something in hand that has does and don'ts on it. Where are you stationed? My husband is in the Navy and we are in Virginia Beach. Keep up the good work!!!!!
