Hi just found this sight. I was diagnosed with PCOS many years ago. I had a hysterectomy and one ovary removed before I was diagnosed. ThenI had the other removed. I have always been overweight and always am trying to diet even though I really feel that for the amount that I eat and what I eat, I should not be this heavy. Anyway, does anyone knoiw if the symptoms of PCOS continue after surgical menopause? I am going to my doc in 2 weeks but I'ld like to know now. I am also trying to change to a low carb diet,

Thanx for your input.
